Upon arrival at the Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport in Cusco (Cuz), our team will be waiting to give you a warm welcome. From there, you will be comfortably transferred to your hotel in the historic center of the city. The first day is recommended to rest and acclimatize to the altitude (3,400 m.a.s.l.). In the afternoon, you can enjoy a mate de coca tea and explore the surroundings of the hotel at your leisure, always accompanied by your guide.

  • Day 2: Cusco City Tour and Gastronomic Experience

After breakfast, at approximately 9:30AM we will start the day with a guided tour of the city of Cusco. We will visit the most important and representative sites such as the impressive Cathedral in the Main Square, the Temple of the Sun or Qoricancha, and the Inca ruins of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay, located in the surroundings.

In the afternoon, you will live an unforgettable gastronomic experience: you will visit a local market to learn about the native ingredients of the region, participate in a cooking class where you will prepare emblematic dishes such as ceviche or lomo saltado, and taste it all accompanied by a pisco sour. This day will allow you to discover Cusco from a cultural and culinary perspective.

  • Day 3: Sacred Valley of the Incas + Maras and Moray - Overnight in Aguas Calientes

This day is dedicated to explore the wonderful Sacred Valley of the Incas.

We will leave early in the morning to first visit the Taray viewpoint, from where we have a panoramic view of the valley. Then we will arrive in Pisac, where we will explore its archaeological complex and its traditional handicraft market. We will continue to Urubamba, where we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit the enigmatic circular terraces of Moray and the Salineras de Maras, an impressive set of salt ponds active since pre-Inca times.

We end the day visiting the imposing fortress of Ollantaytambo, from where we will take the train to Aguas Calientes, the base town of Machu Picchu. Overnight in a comfortable hotel in this charming town.

  • Day 4: Machu Picchu - Guided Tour and Return to Cusco

Early in the morning, after breakfast, we will take the bus that will take us to the entrance of the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu.
